Dear Experts,
I am a govt employee working in Visakhapatnam. Some people at my home town in Faizabad(UP) filed a false complaint against me in curt u/s 156(3) of CrPC.They claimed that I beated them and all other cooked story.I was in Visakhapatnam at that time.
Please suggest me what shoul I do to face this allegations. Can I also file a case against them for defamation?

First get your office attendence copy (certified) if you got summon to police ,take lawyer and produce office attendence copy for praying alibi, ie you was not there on time of accident. If this not work. Go to high court for squash the fir under Section 482.
On proving you are innocent , you can file demation against complainent

Dear Sir,
Most probably court will not order for FIr. Court will convert it into complaint case.
What else evidences can I give to court.Can I ask the court to get my mobile phone location and also my internet IP address.
I am also preparing for UPSC exams.Is there any problem in joining if there is a complaint case pending against me.
