How to deal with false 319 case

Aggrieved lady filed false 498a case and 319 application. 319 application dismissed by ACJM. How should we nail her against false 319. Kindly suggust.

better focus on coming out of 498a.if you can prove it as false then then that would be more beneficial to you to proceed with divorce

319 application is dismissed by the court it will give strenghen to your case and also it is a big evidence come in your favour that she is misleading the court to harass you by filing false case and trying to drag other innocent too, it will be a drawback to her in 498a case, fight your case by exhibiting evidences of your innocence and get out of from this mess .
