I have Katha certificate and Extract for a flat that I am planning to buy.
Nowhere in the certificate or extract it says it is "Katha A".
how to confirm from these 2 documents if it is really Katha A ? Is there something I should look into these 2 docs for the same?
Also I don't see flat number mentioned in the address. Only street and site address in there in the Katha document. Can I rectify this and include my flat number into it? What is the process?
