By negotiations and by obtaning endorsement on the fresh vakalthnama, signed by a fresh advocate

Whether No Objection Certificate (NOC) or similar thing is required to be obtained from the existing advocate befor another advocate accept my case for pleading?

Get an NOC ie, Vakalat Relinquishment Letter. Fresha vacalat should be flied together with the reliquinshment letter.
