My passport process is on hold due to Date Of Birth mentioned on my birthcertificate as all other documents have other date. Can i change it ? if yes,then please explain procedure for the same.

As per the examination bye-laws (69.2) request for correction in date of birth will be’ entertained within two years of the date of declaration of result of class X examination. No correction whatsoever shall be made on application submitted after the said period of two years. This is effective from the examination held in MARCH, 1995.
