How a process can be challanged which has been issued by Magistrate under section 138 of NI Act?
Once the accuse appear pursuant to process/summons issued, can the same b e challanged any time.
What is the procedure and how to go about?
Any specific format..

Whatever your grounds are have to cited in your reply, along with all material evidence, to the court notice. Court will decide accordingly. If still aggrieved normal appeal procedures follow.
