1. ALL the parties to the "Confirmation Deed" must compulsorily & mutually sign on a stamp duty paid and registered "Declaration Deed", revoking the said "Confirmation Deed" and the original Deed.

Cancellation of Cirnfirmation Deed shall also be got registered in the same way as was Confirmation Deed registered. This is just reversal of whatever undertaken earlier. Mentioning of registration no. of the Confirmation Deed is the Cancellation Deed is must.

Actually my grandfather (X) had given RGPA to (Y) was don't on 1995 and x got expired on 1999.

Hope there fore power to rpga is gone..!

Now by threatening us he has take confirmation deed as he is a sole owner to property in 2014.

But some lawyers are saying that you can apply for cancellation deed through court.

To get back your power.

Pls suggest how to proceed.
