Respected Brothers/Sisters, I need help, My friend have only younger brother and his parents adopted their niece as they was going to migrant to USA on blood relation sponsorship but now they changed their mind & want to stay in India. The problem is they don’t want to keep the girl as they adopted her just to take her to USA for immigration purpose. In reality that girl never lived with them, never studied in their town, at the end I can say she was their daughter just on the paperwork. Now both the parties want to cancel the adoption deed. What they can do for future so that Girl wont claim any property as being adopted child.. Thanking you in Advance…
