Dear Mr.Disha Dhirajlal Shah,

The concept of Solicitor is basically evolved in Great Britain and in India on paper their seems to be no difference in between Advocacy and Solicitor but in practice both of them differ a lot.  In my humble opinion because you are still a student first devote a few years in some good law chamber and after learning the tricks of the trade (in a subject which suits your future aspirations and ambitions i.e. Corporate Laws, Securities, Real Estates etc.) you may within the legal limits as I understand the express soliciting is banned in India persue your dream.  My sincere good wishes for all your future endeavours.  God bless

Best Regards

Daksh

REGARDING THE DETAILS KINDY NOTE THAT

1.ONCE YOU PASS YOUR LL.B.DEGREE EXAMS.YOU HAVE TO APPLY TO THE BAR COUNCIL OF YOUR AREA FOR REGISTERING AS AN ADVOCATE.ONCE YOU ARE REGISTERED THEN YOU MAY START PRACTICING AS AN ADVOCATE. YOU MAY PRACTICE INDEPENDENTLY AND HELP YOURSELF . IF YOU ARE SINCERE YOU CAN LEARN IN ONE MONTH ALSO. I HAVE TRAINED SEVERAL JUNIOR ADVOCATES NOW THEY ARE INDEPENDENTLY PRACTICING AS AN ADVOCATE.

2.YOU MAY START PRACTICING AS AN ADVOCATE AND JOIN SOME LAW FIRM OR FIRM OF SOLICITORS ,BUT KINDLY NOTE THAT THOUGH YOU WILL GET SOME FIXED COMPENSATION, YOU HAVE TO DO THE GIVEN JOB.

3.KINDLY NOTE THAT AN ADVOCATE IS A PERSON WHOM NEEDY PERSONS ARE LOOKING FOR HELP TO SAVE THEM FROM CIVIL OR CRIMINAL CASES.HENCE ADVOCATE SHOULD KNOW AND STUDY CIVIL AS WELL AS CRIMINAL COURT PROCEDURE AND HE OR SHE SHOULD BE SINCERE AND CONFIDENT TO HELP NEEDY PERSONS .THEN HE WILL SUCCEED.LAW IS A VERY VAST FIELD YOU CAN PRACTICE AS AN ADVOCATE IN CIVIL/CRIMINAL /REVENUE/LABOUR/INDUSTRIAL/FAMILY/CONSUMER/COOPERATIVE/ COURTS AND SEVERAL TRIBUNALS INCLUDING COOP.APPELLATE COURT,STATE CONSUMER COURT/MAHARASHTRA ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL/DEBTS RECOVERY TRIBUNAL AND HIGH COURT AND EVEN AT SUPREME COURT PLEASE NOTE.

4.HENCE IT IS ADVISIBLE THAT INSTEAD OF JUST PRACTICING AS JUNIOR ADVOCATE AND DOING SOME CLERICAL WORK FOR SOME MONTHLY PAYMENT WILL REDUCE YOUR CONFIDENCE TO PRACTICE INDEPENDENTLY.INSTEAD I SUGGEST YOU COMPLETE YOUR FINAL YEAR LL.B. SINCERELY .STUDY AS PER SYLLABUS AND REFER ALL BARE ACTS AVAILABLE AT GOVT.PRINTING PRESS  AND PASS YOUR LAW EXAMS.THEN REGISTER AS AN ADVOCATE AND PRACTICE INDEPENDENTLY .YOU WILL SUCCEED.WISH YOU GOOD LUCK.

YOU MAY WRITE OR CALL OR SEND DETAILS IN CASE ANY HELP IS REQUIRED.

WITH BEST REGARDS TO YOU YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

THANKING YOU

YOURS SINCERELY
