How to avoid a lump sum payment of permanent alimony

Dear experts, regarding permanent alimony u/s 25 HMA:

  1. Is there a way the husband can demand in the trial Court, or in the higher courts, that he should be allowed to pay it on monthly basis instead of a one-time payment?
  2. If the husband can show that he is unemployed and under debt, will it help to get him an order to pay a monthly alimony instead of a one-time payment? Or will the Court just suggest to the husband to sell inherited property to pay a one-time payment?
  3. And if the husband is paying monthly alimony payments, will the husband be required to make payments after the wife has remarried?

Thank you for ur time.
