We lost a case (OS) in the lower and then appealed to higher court (RA) we lost here too and since we lost in both the lower courts. We appealed in high court (RSA). Parallely we had complained to DC/SDM regarding the same case and after investigating SDM passed the orders in favor of us.
So we closed the case and status is "Case Disposed"
But my question is- We had earlier submitted the original documents of the property to the lower court as the lawyer asked us to do. These documents have been passed to the higher courts and now they are lying in HIGH court.
Could you Please let me know:
1. What is the procedure to take these documents from high court ?
2. Whom should we contact in High court ?
3. My Lawyer says - the court office has to "write decry". I am not sure if he right.
These are original documents and important to apply loan for us. Please help
