My relative's wife filed a DV. My relatives are worried about court and arrest and they are scared. They want to take an Advance bail. They stay in Bangalore. Can someone let us know how much we need to pay to lawyer to take an advance bail?

FIR will not be registered directly upon the complaint of the girl. Police will call for counselling 2 or 3 times depends upon the gravity of the complaint. If they found wrong upon the boy or his parents then only they will arrest. But he can apply for station bail and can move to court. Nothing to worry
