How much amount to fill up in igrs uttar pradesh form? partition deed related.

IGRS पोर्टल पर जब Partition Deed का चयन करेंगे, वहां प्रतिफल में ₹ 0 भर सकते हैं?

बाजारी मूल्य- 50 Lakh Rupees (Calculated as per circle rate and given formula of our district)
वास्तविक बाजारी मूल्य- 60 Lakh Rupees
कुल देय स्टांम्प शुल्क- ? ( Partition deed hai, not for sale and purchase)-5000?
वास्तविक स्टाम्प शुल्क-? 5000?
कुल देय निबन्धन शुल्क-? 1000?

Kindly suggest amount to fill up in these 6 boxes as UP government fixed 5000 rupees stamp duty and 1000 rupees for registartion charge for partition deed.

You can take the assistance of an advocate in the local or a deed writer to guide you properly instead of being misguided by some irrelevant information from public portals like this.

Admittedly, the stamp duty in case of partition is not based on value of the property. It is ideal that the first two values are shown one and the same.

The property is stated to be valued as per circle rate @ Rs. 50 lakh whereas it is calculated to Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand) as partition rate, how has it been calculated.

In UP, a transaction involving an immovable property whose value exceeds Rs. 100 must be registered in the sub-registrar’s office under section 17 of the Uttar Pradesh Registration Act 1908. The buyer must pay stamp duty while registering such properties.

Here is a table showing stamp duty and registration charges in Uttar Pradesh for 2025:

Gender

Registration Charges

UP Stamp Duty Rates

Female 1%  6%
Male 1%  7%
Joint (Female + Female) 1%  6%
Joint (Female + Male) 1%  6.5%
Joint (Male + Male) 1%  7%

(These rates are the percentage value of the property’s market value).
