How many wifves sign apology for filing false case later

I have not seen any case so far.

But what's the use of even giving an apology in writing or falling to husband and in-laws feet in the court hall itself?

The amount of humiliation that the boy and the boy's side have gone through, the amount fo disrespect the police has shown to the boy and boy's side [though their duty] treating them as good as thugs, theives, criminals.  The social respect gone due to badmouthing and character assasination done by the girl and her parents.  Moreover trust, trust has been broken.

I truly wish that our Goverment instead of passing stupid bills to launder votes from women eyeing the next general elections, pass a law to punish those females who have filed false cases.  Make it a laws not gender biased, but anyway this is India, cannot do anything about it.  Men will have to play within the space provided for them under law. 

A online poll on the same on facebook would surely get you some statistics :-))

the present ongoing circumstances give the women that super power to file cases even if seh get cough she can file that it is dv and harass husband and there family and relatives and also the legal system and our fans who are husband come to rescue if she comes to the feet of the husband and apologies to him to take back 

As many wives as possible so as many husbands possible!

one thing you should understand is that they will always have an alibi/excuse to file a false 498a. so for them, there is NO NEED to apologize.

If you deny her a birthday gift, that is enough of an excuse to build up a cause for 498a. they will never admit to doing anything wrong (typical of most offenders).

In my opinion, such people never really regret or have any guilt of filing a false 498a; if they get caught or lose or face a counter case, they may

do some teary drama...but that is not feeling sorry. just an escape or defence mechanism.

a criminal is bold and arrogant only till he is caught; once caught he has 'prayaschith' in his eyes.
