Dear Eskay,

Let the evidence  of all the interested parties be recorded by way of affidavit in one go to save the time.

Best Regards

Dear daksh, in that case how will the cross examination be conducted? through interrogatories?

1. Any interim orders on maintenance / any protection order passed till date ?
2. 25 hearing dates in how much time it has elapsed ?
3. If none (protection and/or maint.) then you are lucky atleast in Delhi and Mumbai interim orders are passed within 60 days with no opportunity for leading evidences !
Rgds
