I am Ajay. I got married in 2002 and since then facing many problems in married life and finally decided to part ways. I am going for contested divorce with the reason mental cruelty and desertation. My question is, at present my wife is staying with her parents in another city in Maharashtra from last 9-10 months and I am staying in pimpri where we lived together since 2010 till she left for her parents home. As i understood, the summons will be sent to last known residence which is pimpri in this case but she is not staying there now. What will happen to the summons? do i need to ask court to send the summons to her parents address instead of last known to save time?
