The chargesheet has already fallen. I have to attend court soon for trial. Its a Section 326 case. I wanted to understand how to prepare for trial.
In the first appearance what happens? Does the judge ask any questions to accused on first day. When is the accused asked to give his side of the story.
Also, in the chargesheet, the statement of the accused is not added. Is it something important which is not to be missed. Appreciate the replies.

You have to appeared with your lawyer. Apko bone ka chance nahi milega. Your lawyer will do all neccessary formalities. You have just attend the date(s) for couple of years.
