notice to vacate the house - In accordance with the rent agreement dated, I am writing to let you know that I will be vacating the apartment at (address) that you rented to me. ................ I have no choice but to vacate your apartment because I have to relocate for work to another city.

please tell me in which state you are living. where is your house which you want to vacate,in which state it is, because every state has its own status. so please mention your state. in Maharashtra their is Maharashtra rent control act in which you can give notice to vacate House
