How can i use this name

Am Registration A Private Limited Company Under Service Tax.But The Problem I Am Facing is The Company Name I Want To Register Is IndianShoppers. The Problem Is That This Name Contain India Thus It Can Not Be Register In India.I Really Love This Name. Any Suggestions Please I Really Need Your Help

There is a prohibition to prevent the improper use of certain emblems and names for professional and commercial purposes under Under National Empblems and Names Act, 1950.
