How can extract info which has been missed in cross-examinat

In a case of maintenance u/s 125 crpc during cross-exam girl said that though she has PAN no and  bank account but she does not know the exact number

this is very importent to prove her job

now how can i get

1. should i recall for cross-examination
2. any other rule
3. should i simply put an application before court in question answer form for girl to answer

please guide
