How can a wife prove for 498 a and domestic violence

hello expert

could some one please advice how a wife can prove a false 498 and domestic violence after a separation of 3 years in court  .what are the evidence normally court ask for any 498 a and domestic violence case.. what are the evidence which are admissible in court? please advise.
