I have a question like how something is proved in court, for example if some student in college is ragged in college, then how is it proved that he was actually ragged, Can you please give me a brief explaination.

the college management on receiving the complaint, a fact finding committee will be formated. The committee will examine and record the witnesses evidences and submit the report to the management.
