How a case can be institute against international journalist

Illustration.

"A" is a Bengaladeshi Journalist.

"B" is an Indian largest religious affairs group.

"A" in his article published baseless comments on B which directly defamatory statements and also putting false allegations on B. As A is not Indian how a legal action can be taken against A?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores how to institute a legal case against an international journalist who has published defamatory content. It suggests serving a legal notice via the Indian Ministry of External Affairs and the Bangladeshi ambassador, followed by consulting an advocate. The advice clarifies that legal action can be pursued if the journalist is found within India, though extradition is unlikely for smaller matters.
