Dear Expert,
Need your advise. My sister has purchased a flat in a society . She has done the Registration and other things now the Society Transfer is pending because Chairman of the Society is left and position is vacant and no one ready to take that position. Secretary isn't cooperating. As We have submit copy of share certificate to the Bank since we have taken some loan on the flat .
Kindly advise as what's the solution or way forward.

If there is any vice chairman then do it from him.and if not then asked to secretary and in written give an application to secretary with received copy,and if didnot help you told that you will go to file report against him....you will drag him to the court then see he suddenly will help you.
Again if he don't help then go to district collector/your local society reg office and make complaint,and if there too you don't get any help go to legal aid body they surely assist you.
