I have issues regarding parking charges on this i have sent notice to this housing society instead of any reply this housing society stop issuing my maintenance bill

If you are aware of the maintenance bills send a money order or demand draft and also issue a notice reporting deficiency of service stating that society is not sending monthly maintenance bills with ulterior motives of harassing the resident and ask them to send the bills and get acknowledgment.

1. Issue lawyers notice to Society to issue maintenance bills, pending which you will not be liable for the maintenance amounts and interest thereon, till your grievances are solved.
2. On failure to comply with above by Society, file grievance petition before local Consumer Court, claiming appropriate relief, damages & compensation (depending on documentary evidences & witnesses).
