Two members of our Society expired during the year. The shares in their flats were transfered to their sons as per the nomination. We would like to know if these transfers should be transfered at the forth coming AGM.

yes it shoul be on agenda of the agm and after passing resolution it should be taken on record of the society .

Yes I agree with Adv. Seth's advise; however, the flats on whose names they have been transferred as per the nominations are only the trustees of the said property and they are just the custodians of the legal heirs rights, and all other legal heirs have part right in the said properties!!!
