I filed a complaint aginst some tresspassers on 29.3.2012 with police but no acton has been taken till date. my distant auntie and one of my nephew is witness of this. my neighbours have also witness the fact. Have i enought proof to go to court. Please advice

Enough Proof File an 156(3) before local magistrate who would in turn order registration of FIR or file a complaiont case and adduce your witnesses
