House partition

Hi ,

My name is Anil,

We have a House in our native place. 

1) My grand father had 2 sons > one is my father and his big brother.

2) now my father is no more alive. now we have raised a question for partition registration. while my father was working on registration process he died

3) the basic house is having middle wall is same for both , does it affect the registration process.

4) my father contructed a wall before the house in open area after cliaming the place. but they are re-planning the partition space.

5) what are steps and i need to take to avoid any conflicts between us.

Please help me out.

Dear Anil,

You and your uncle can execute a partition deed mutually.  In case, there is no chance from amicable settlement, you may institute a partition suit before a civil court.
