House loan: bank legal opinion

There is no bar that bank should not provide you with the Lawyers property search report.  As a matter of fact usually what the Banks are usually doing is to maintain a panel of Advocate who go,verify and submit property report whereater the loan is disbursed.

You may try and you will be lucky if you get the Legal scrutiny report from the bank.  There is no obligation for the bank to furnish you the confidential report on scrutiny of documents submitted by their panel lawyers.
