Honey comb bee hive in outside wall

Hello sir

I would like to know whose responsibility is remove to Honey Bee Hive Comb from society building.

Society is saying it is members responsibility.

Also all others are supporting it

But it is outside my Balcony border which is not approachable yo me.

But society chairman is saying it is in your flat.

If they do not aggree and apply me charges.

To whom I should get in touch with.

It is in Maharashtra.

Quick Summary
A resident is seeking clarification on who is responsible for removing a honey bee hive located in an external wall of their society building in Maharashtra. While the society claims it's the member's responsibility, the resident argues it's inaccessible from their balcony and potentially a common area issue. Advice suggests contacting the Municipal Corporation or Fire Force for assistance with removal.

In most apartment complexes, the apartment association or management is typically responsible for removing honeycombs and dealing with bee infestations in common areas, while the apartment owner is responsible for any honeycombs or bee issues within their unit.
