Honda city engine seized

I purchased a Honda city 2.5 years ago and left my car to the Honda service for oil change and the next day my car engine seized without oil. What should I do??

Quick Summary
A Honda City owner experienced engine seizure due to a lack of oil shortly after a service appointment at a Honda centre. The advice given suggests this is a gross deficiency in service. The owner is advised to file a complaint with the District Consumer Commission, seeking compensation for engine repair costs and damages for mental and physical distress.
