Home reparing notice from mahad where the room is in civil court

Our room case is in civil court and in pendency. Due to 70% tenants sign, the MAHAD took repairing of building. Shall we allow MAHADA to do repairs inside home inspite of civil court? or we need to take permission of court before any repair.

If so, what is the process for the same. Thank you.

Quick Summary
A tenant is seeking advice regarding building repairs by MHADA while their room case is pending in civil court. They are unsure whether to allow repairs without court permission or if they need to apply to the court first. The advice given is to seek court permission before allowing repairs to proceed.

Hello, If required you can take permission of court and allow MHADA to carryout repair work.

Thank you shirish ji for your advise. To do so shall we give pursis or reciepe application? Is it sort of only intimation or court will make an order in this regards?
