Home loan/Housing loan guarantor

Hello Sir , in 2019 I signed as a guarantor for home loan of my brother. My brother has done foul play(धोखाधड़ी) with me. He told me that he will make me as a guarantor but he took signature of mine in the form of 50-50 percent of loan repayment due to that none of the banks are willing to give me loan (as I need loan now). So what can I do legally to get loan from bank? Do I get myself back from the position of guarantor from my brother's home loan ?Please suggest something Sir I a very upset due to this.
