Home Loan Disbursed but cheque not handed over by Financer

Sir/Madam,

Home loan of Rs.19 lakhs has been sanctioned to me and Disbursed into system by Financer on 04.12.2021. Loan account created and my 1st Emi has also been deducted by Financer on 05.01.2022 as per EMI schedule given to me.
But home loan cheque in favour of seller has still been handed over to me by Financer as yet. Whenever I ask for cheque they give excuse of pendency of verification of documents.

kindly help on how I can get cheque from Financer as I am still to take possession of flat I bought and seller is continuously pressing me on it

In response to your query,

Gather all the documents related to the loan, EMI, loan eligibility, and any other documents related to this issue. Approach a learned lawyer and prepare a formal case to file then send the legal notice to the financier for denying you the loan and information related to the loan under Fair Credit Reporting Act and Equal Credit Opportunity Act.
