My wife filed 498a , trails are going on we are attending the same every month, we also filed OP but they are not filing counter Wat will be the next step if they fail to counter.

Where r ur cases? which city. when did u file ur OP? what time was given to her to file Counter? is that time over? Plz wait n dont jump to conclusions as yet.

If 498a proves to be false, you can be assured of divorce (there are SC citations to support that false 498a amounts to cruelty).
