In divorce case, as you filed S.24, the court first will decide this before allowing the petitioner to complete his evidence. This S.24 order will subsist, till the disposal of divorce case. After that it has no effect. S.125, if you file, it will run as a separate case. If court will order maintennace in S.125 it will be permanent in nature.

if under s 24 maintenance is dismissed, can one file under S125 after S24 being dismissed ?
