Need update on the women's right to ancestral propertyas per the the amended provisions of the Hindu Succession (Amendment) Act, 2005.

Its a correct judgement by Supereme Court. The amendment to include women as equal share partner in property was introduced in Sep 2005, and that cann't be applied retrospecticly i.e. if the father has died before 2005, then women cannot ask for any share incase there is no will.

Its a perfect judgement by Supreme court
