JI, it is presumed that you are hindu.  all the legal heirs of your parents have equal rights over the property.  If you want to distribute the property in un-equal shares, amicablly settle it.

If property was not ancestral and father has died intestate then all children including daughters are equally entitled to have equal share in the property. All children and mother, if alive, are legal heirs.

As per your concerns!

If the property is intestate, an ancestral property then the sons and daughter would get the property from his father's share and equally distributed between them.
As the sons and daughters are Class I heir and according to section 10 of Hindu Succession Act, 1956 they shall each take one share, the said property divided into 1/6th share per member.

Hope it is useful!
