can I marriage with father's brother's wife's sister's daughter in Hindu religion

No as there is a prohibted relationship between them.

but sir this case there is no blood relationship. my uncle's wife's sister is nothing to me in blood then why it is prohibited.

Your father's brother's wife is your aunty(chachi). Chachi's sister is chachi.  so her daughter is your sister in relation.  hence voidable.  If your family customs permits or not, consult with your family elders.

The girl and you have  no common ancestors.  It does not fall wiithin prohibited relationship.

Exactly my point is too we have no common ancestor and there is no blood relationship then why any clause prevent marriage.
