Hindu christian marriage

Hi,

I want to know if a Hindu girl and Christian boy can get married under Christain Marriage Act? For some personal reasons i wont be able to go for SMA.

A marriage may be solemnised between the two. The Christian Marriage Act requires only either of the two to be a Christian. Read the relevant section of the Act.

''Every marriage between persons, one or both of whom is [or are] a Christian or Christians, shall be solemnized in accordance with the provisions of the next following section; and any such marriage solemnized otherwise than in accordance with such provisions shall be void''
