High court original jurisdiction

I had seen in several judgements of high court that in title it is written original civil jurisdiction. Now I know that the presidency towns have original jurisdiction but in which cases they have original jurisdiction. Where I can find the subjects of original jurisdiction? Please help if anyone can help.

In common law legal systems original jurisdiction of a court is the power to hear a case for the first time, as opposed to appellate jurisdiction, when a higher court has the power to review a lower court's decision.
