high court jurisdinctionm

I what circumstances high court af Calcutta shall .modify orders log Madras high court.

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies that one High Court, such as the Calcutta High Court, cannot directly modify or overturn an order issued by another High Court, like the Madras High Court. If you disagree with an order from a specific High Court, the correct procedure is to await the final judgment and then appeal to the Supreme Court of India.

Hello,
If its an order by the Madras High court, then you cannot overturn it in Calcutta High Court. You need to wait for the Honorable High Court of Madras to award the Judgement and then challenge it in the Supreme Court.
