Hello lawyersclubindia, Question .... My grandfather is a big businessmen and he has two daughters and three sons .... My mom is the first blood.... And my grandfather does not support for the daughters and he is STATING THAT all that I have earned goes to my sons and nothing for the daughters. Is this rite?? And what to do for their partition?? and do daughters have the rite in their fathers properties all that he has earned.... ?? Help us sir... Advise us ... Please and thank you
