There is a judgment of Supreme Court passed probabily some time in late 2009 and / o r early 2010 that emails do have evidentiary value. Kindly take some professional help to get that judgment.

if wife left husbands materimonial home several times and now living seperately and after 7-8 months of women cell trial for settling down of the case she finally can allege all the members of family?

If boy is living with family and shown as debarred for legal purpose as the family in advance new the nature of the wife because from the very beginning of the marriage she never liked living with the husband and went to her father home sever times i.e in four year time of marriage she stayed only 1 year in total at her matrimonial home.

now if finally she loge FIR then how many cases she can file and for all the members of family they need anticipatory bail.

e mail send is not admissible in evidence as per cyber law.if it is digitally signed it has evidentary value evidence.

Could you please eloborate the concept of digital signature in e-mail. If there was a communication with entities

like bank /institutions, sending e-mail without digitized signature is an invalid e-mail.
