I want to file a damage Suit/ Petition against the Corruption of President, Supreme court of India, U.P. Govt due to non disposal of my applications u/s 197 of Cr.P.C. (timely) addressed to President of India And Chief Minister of U.P./Chief secretary of U.P. amounting to Rs 100000000=00.I along with my faimly have lost my 26 years of life due to the corruption of Supreme Court .
1- Who will be the defendent ?
2- What is the Sec. and rule under which petition shall be filed ?
