SSLC Marks card: My name is Vinay Kumar M N in SSLC Marks card.
Passport : But since Mavalli is my father's village name and Ningappa is my father's name, I have Vinay Kumar Ningappa as given names in Passport, and Mavalli as my surname.
Office documentation: My surname is also given as Mavalli in my office record.
PAN Card: Vinay Kumar M N
I'm slightly uneasy about my passport having surname as Mavalli, as M comes in the middle in my SSLC marks card. Will the initial corresponding to my surname coming in the middle in some of my documents cause any problem in future?
