Her family has actually not disowned her, but they don't want to interfere in her matter. She has all been left alone to suffer at the hands of this man with no kids, no future and no money.. I do understand digesting the whole incident is not easy. He is not giving her any expense and has told her that his lawyer is getting ready to serve the notice & file divorce. B) She was working for a pharmaceutical company. Her profile is such that their r very few vacancies and secondly because of the gap which caused during her hunt for the next job has created this 2 yrs break & due to this again she isn't getting the job. C) She has sacrificed her life by staying with this fellow for last 10 yrs due to the selfish ego of her parents. They pressurized her to stay there as they said what will the society say. But now when her husband is file petition of divorce, she has no option left. D) Her parents took back step and r against her because they don't want her to get separated at any cost. They want her to suffer, but be their till her death. But the cruelty of her husband is way beyond imagination. Doesn't allows her to sleep, no expenses, no outdoor, Inshort has jailed her in that house & onto now filling petition. E) She doesn't wants to usurp the house nor demand crores of money as allimmuni from him. As allimmuni, She just wants the house, so that she can stay there and try to find options for her survival. Nothing more then this as she has no other place left to go..

Lastly u asked the reason to await after catching her husband red handed. For this the answer is, She was shocked to catch him red handed that too with his own brothers wife, She even came to know that she has given birth to a girl from him. So Even committed suicide by having high dose, but the attempt failed as she was treated properly with in the time frame. Secondly her parents forced her and convinced her to give a second chance for their marriage. She tried every possible manner for 5 years, but later from the medical tests came to know that this guy has got problem of deficiency in testosterone and is now losing his malism. It was the biggest blow for her of her life..
