Hello,
My customer had placed Purchase Order & Advance was given against Bank Guarantee. Due to delay in execution , BG was invoked & advance amount was recovered by them.
But, the ordered goods were almost ready.
Please suggest a legal remedy to mitigate the losses we have suffered.
