Help on bail a prisoner

I am seeking an opinion from experienced advocates.

I want to know who can be assurance to bail a person behind the bars?

What are the consequences for a guarantor if a person flew away after getting bail?

I stay in Mumbai so do the person behind the bars.

Your question is not clear.

If you are a guarnteer to any body , noramlly courts fix some amount and guarnteer is liable upto that amount if the accused do not appear.
