Help needed

Sir,

my friends husband tortured her physically and mentally for more dowry. in just 5 months of marriage they throw her out of the house.... after so many counsellings at women cell and panchayats , mediation centres, FIR registered and now father in-law and mother in-law got bail but husband bail rejected in lower court and then he applied it again in high court where he said he is ready to take back girl..... then judge ordered for mediation... in the mediation he is saying then he is ready only if girl write that cases are false then only he will take back..... what she has do... cases are true and she can prove because her husband left her alone at rented house and never returned , even she came to her parents through police.... mediator is saying that this tact is played by husband so that he can get bail as mediator told that he don't want her back just so that he can get bail without anything so saying this type of statements....... how my friend should deal with this????? she is losing hope in law because husband is lying every time through his counsel one time says don't want want her back and next time said wants ... this way 4-5 time mediation but every time his reply is same ..... how to deal with this situation ??????????

ask your friend to stand stiff and fight the matter, she will win for sure .Not to come in talks of husband simply go on with the case. She will be benefitted .

Nikhil is rightly advised, why your friend are not thinking about the future, if he is not ready to live with her then the court have no power to send her back with him forcefully. it will be better to fight the case on merit.

sir, you are right she is ready to fight the case because she is having proves because her husband after beatings left her alone at rented house and didn't come back  2-3 days and when she informed this to police they send her as his husband didn't come even on police call so they told her to go back to home..... problem is that from past 1.5 years she is going through mental tension, 5 months at in-laws house and now in courts and above this his every time different statements. ... and he is keep on delaying the proceedings by asking for yes he wants back and sometimes said ready to pay back and so mediation .. this way they had 5-6 times mediation and there result is always same mediation failed....so, as he is saying that he wants to take back when she writes that cases are false isn't any reply to this point??? although my friend told that if he is innocent the why he is lying to judge and mediator says this and ready for trial why asked for mediation.. mediator told her that these are tactics to save for husband... how to deal this situation?
